Adams County Land Title
Adams County Land Title began operating in 1963 and initially prepared title searches and abstracts for the local legal community and lending institutions. Since that time, the title company has evolved into a full service real estate research and title insurance firm. Adams County Land Title has been an agent for Chicago title for over three decades and recently added Stewart Title as an underwriter for title policies. The company has written title insurance and acted as closing agents for hundreds of residential and commercial real estate sales and refinancing. The members of the law firm of Burry, Herman, Miller & Brown are also owners of Adams County Land Title and actively participate in the preparation of title insurance policies and closings.
